Our flagship group exercise program is Steady, Stable and Able, an evidence-based class with a strong focus on balance for older adults. Inspired by the NSW Department of Health's The Next Step program, Steady, Stable and Able is a low-cost, accessible and adaptable circuit style class designed to improve balance and stability.
