Group Fitness

I am also a qualified Group Fitness Instructor (since 2006). I work with groups ranging in size from 4 to over 20.

If you would like to set up a group fitness class, or join an established class in the community, or if you are seeking an instructor for an established group, please contact me.

Current classes:

“Steady, Stable and Able”, Oatley Uniting Church, Frederick St. Oatley. School terms 11.30 – 12.30.

Wednesdays with me, Mondays with colleague Briony Evans. An hour-long class with a strong focus on balance and lower body strength. Suitable for most fitness levels.

“Gentle Exercise” and “Intermediate Circuit”, 3 Bridges Community Centre, 23 St Georges Rd, Penshurst. Fridays in school terms, 10.30 (Gentle); 11.45 (Intermediate). Both classes include balance exercises, strength exercises using therabands and dumbbells and stretching.

Online program options!

Can’t commit to regular training at the gym? Live too far away to have regular personal training session?

Maybe an online program is for you. The next best thing to having your trainer with you, ptEnhance gives you the chance to have program videos, photos and instructions at your fingertips. I can set you exercises and monitor your progress with only occasional face to face meetings; ptEnhance, Skype and phone calls can allow us to stay in close contact and keep you on track.
