Together we will get you fitter and stronger, enhancing your confidence and self-esteem. This will not only involve exercise, but working on lifestyle changes such as reducing stress, managing your time, making healthier food choices and setting goals.
I may refer you to other practicioners for specific areas such as diet or physiotherapy. I work with a network of other health professionals in whom I have respect and confidence, and sometimes use their expertise and advice to assist my clients. This team approach means that the client receives care and advice that is complementary and coordinated.
