Catherine De Mayo has been my personal trainer for 12 years. It all began with a knee injury while skiing in the Swiss Alps. Without Catherine’s expert advice and exercise regime I would not have made such a quick recovery. Since then Catherine has become my friend and trainer. Catherine tailors my gym sessions to keep my fitness and balance, which is essential in my senior years.
